General Excellence FAQs
When and how do I apply for a Scholarship?
In the first instance, you are requested to complete an Expression of Interest form. If your child meets our selection criteria, you will be contacted by the Head of Sport and Activities to attend a tour of the School.
What sports are considered for a General Excellence Scholarship?
Athletics, basketball, cricket, cross country, football (AFL), hockey, netball, rowing, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, volleyball.
What are the selection criteria for General Excellence Scholarships?

After completing the Expression of Interest form, are there any other documents that are required as part of the application process?
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an interview and tour of the School with the Head of Sport and Activities. The most recent school report, NAPLAN results and supporting documents will be requested at this time.
When will I be informed whether my child has been successful?
Students that are shortlisted and fulfil all of the above criteria will be required to attend and interview with the Principal, who will, at their discretion, make the final decision to offer a General Excellence Scholarship to the student.
Can the School provide feedback on how my child can improve their application for future years?
The School does not provide feedback on test results, nor provide feedback on areas which could be improved.
